Comprehensive Screening Program

Experience the transformative power of proactive healthcare with health screenings from Circle Health. Our biometric screenings are a simple, affordable way to gain insights into health, helping individuals take control of their well-being.

How Health Screenings Work

On-Site Health Screenings

Our professional nurses and certified phlebotomists perform venipuncture, fingerstick, and other custom biometric and testing. Appointments are in convenient 15-minute increments.

Physician Forms

If preferred, participants can ask their physician to complete our form during a regular physical. There are multiple options for form submission by either the physician or participant.

On-Demand Health Screenings

Participants visit a local lab draw facility at their convenience. This blood draw is the same as what you would receive at your doctor’s office.

Take Home Test Kit

We provide simple, self-administered fingerstick kits for those who need or prefer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the screening process work?

Prior to your company’s screening, participants will receive information about the time and location of the screening. We provide onsite screenings but if that time does not work for someone’s schedule, we can arrange an on-demand appointment on another day.

Since this is a comprehensive metabolic screening, we ask that participants fast for 12 hours beforehand if you medically able. This will give them a more accurate results from the markers we will test.

When particpants arrive at the screening, our expert team will greet them and make sure we have correct information. After that, a nurse will take vitals. Lastly, the nurse will draw blood for the metabolic screening itself. All this is done in a kind, confidential manner behind privacy panels.

Our team asks participants to enjoy a snack or water while they wait ten minutes. Once that ten minute window has passed, they’re free to head back to work. We contact each participant once their results are ready online!

What happens after a biometric screening?

After a screening is complete, our team will provide specific followup information for your organization. Once we have participant screening results, we will send an email with instructions on how individuals can view them on the Circle Well Portal. That is also where they can schedule a followup consultation. The followup consultation will be conveniently located onsite!

Did you know?

We go beyond a basic glucose/lipid screening because comprehensive testing translates to more early detection and life-changing awareness.

This knowledge also enhances one-on-one consultations and physician engagement—a vital outcome as nearly 70% of participants have 1+ borderline or high-risk screening result from data points other than lipids and glucose.

Comprehensive screenings uncover additional risks such as anemia, pre-diabetes, cancer, cell size/count, clotting ability, diabetes, heart, infections, kidney, liver and nutrition issues, and more.
